A real estate firm that owns multiple office buildings across the US contacted Fireworks Electric. They selected a centralized management app that would allow their tenants to manage their spaces. Tenants would be able to access entry into their location, put in a maintenance request, and complete many other tasks remotely.

We didn’t just install an access control system and leave it for them to integrate with their app. We worked together with the management team to figure out how to integrate all their systems together to ensure a smooth operation post-installation.

Fireworks Electric’s 3 frontrunners started off independently, with each partner in a different niche. Jack Tyner was in the low voltage field, Eli Neumann was an expert electrician, and Michael Fried provided customer service in the IT space. These early experiences, working side-by-side with numerous other subcontractors on each site, was the impetus for syncing our services. We each realized how much easier it would be for the contractors and clients if these skills could be combined. With this fusion of minds, Fireworks Electric was ignited.
